The Company has informed that Alhaj Mohammad Ali Sarker, one of the Sponsors of the Company, passed away on 02.08.2020. 75,283 shares out of his total holding of 79,047 shares of the Company will be transmitted to the account of his nominee, Mr. Md. Amanullah Sarker (son of late Alhaj Mohammad Ali Sarker), Direcor of the Company by way of nomination.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির অন্যতম পৃষ্ঠপোষক আলহাজ্ব মোহাম্মদ আলী সরকার ০২.০৮.২০২০ তারিখে ইন্তেকাল করেছেন। কোম্পানিতে তাঁর মোট ৭৯,০৪৭টি শেয়ারের মধ্যে থেকে ৭৫,২৮৩টি শেয়ার মনোনয়নের মাধ্যমে তাঁর মনোনীত ব্যক্তি, কোম্পানির পরিচালক জনাব মোঃ আমানুল্লাহ সরকারের (মরহুম আলহাজ্ব মোহাম্মদ আলী সরকারের পুত্র) অ্যাকাউন্টে হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
