Amanullah Sarker (son of late Alhaj Mohammad Ali Sarker), Direcor of the Company by way of nomination as per the news disseminated by DSE on August 06, 2026.

কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, ডিএসই কর্তৃক ০৬ আগস্ট, ২০২৬ তারিখে প্রচারিত সংবাদ অনুযায়ী, কোম্পানির স্পনসর মরহুম আলহাজ্ব মোহাম্মদ আলী সরকারের মালিকানাধীন কোম্পানির ৭৫,২৮৩টি শেয়ার মনোনয়নের মাধ্যমে তাঁর মনোনীত ব্যক্তি, কোম্পানির পরিচালক জনাব মোঃ আমানুল্লাহ সরকারের (মরহুম আলহাজ্ব মোহাম্মদ আলী সরকারের পুত্র) বিও অ্যাকাউন্টে স্থানান্তর করা হয়েছে।
