"Reference to the note no. 27 of the financial statements, the company has shown "Unclaimed Dividend Account" amount in Tk. 5,416,681.00 including divided from 2009 to 2019 amount of Tk. 4,179,319.00. 2. Dhaka Insurance Limited had made provision for Gratuity Fund on lump sum basis till financial year 2018 but no provision has made for last four years."(end)
