DHAKAINS Corporate Disclosure — 30 October 2023

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on October 31, 2023 at 3:00 PM as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2023, has been postponed.

কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশনস, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন 16(1) অনুসারে 31 অক্টোবর, 2023 বিকাল 3:00 টায় সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা রয়েছে, যার মধ্যে বিবেচনা করার জন্য অন্যান্য, 30 সেপ্টেম্বর, 2023 তারিখে শেষ হওয়া তৃতীয় ত্রৈমাসিকের (Q3) সময়ের জন্য কোম্পানির অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি স্থগিত করা হয়েছে।
