The Board of Directors has recommended 2% cash and 8% Stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2020. The Board has also decided to increase Authorized Capital from Tk. 100.00 crore to 150.00 crore by amending Clause V of the Memorandum of Association and Article 6 of the Articles of Association of the Company subject to approval of the Shareholders in the EGM.
