The Company has informed that the 5% cash (other than Sponsors/Directors) and 5% stock dividend proposed by the Board of directors of Dominage Steel Building Systems Ltd. were approved by the shareholders in the 15th Annual General Meeting-2021. Following the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission notification dated August 31, 2021 an application was made to the BSEC for final approval of stock dividend which Dated January 05, 2022.
