DOMINAGE Corporate Disclosure — 26 April 2026

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on 25 April 2026, has decided to sell 30,780,000 no. of share or 30.00% shares from their holding at a negotiated price through an off-market transaction. The company will submit an application to the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) seeking approval for the said transfer.
