Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 26.04.2026 regarding the proposed transfer of shares, a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) has been duly executed on 26 April 2026 between the existing Directors and the proposed buyers, namely Akij Resources Limited, Sheikh Jasim Uddin, and Faria Hossain.
