With reference to their earlier news (disseminated by DSE on 19.06.2016), the Company has further informed that Dhaka Southern Power Generations Limited, a subsidiary of Doreen Power Generations and Systems Limited, will generate Tk. 313.74 crore (approx.) as revenue per year at a plant factor of 80% capacity after completion of the COD of 55 MW Power Plan. As a 96.78% shareholder, Doreen Power Generations and Systems Limited will be benefited from the above mentioned revenue proportionately.
