(Continuation news of DOREENPWR): Power Producers Association (BIPPA) has made an application to the Ministry of Labour and Employment (" the Ministry ") for exemption from implementation of required provision of WPPF on 13 March 2017. Hence, the management has decided not to provide any provision for WPPF since 31 March 2017. This is also supported by opinion obtained by the management from external legal counsel. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter. (end)
