DOREENPWR Corporate Disclosure — 11 October 2022

(Continuation news of DOREENPWR): (BIPPA) has made an application to the Ministry of Labour and Employment ("the Ministry") for exemption from the implementation of the required provision of WPPF on 13 March 2017. Hence, the management has decided not to provide any provision of WPPF since 31 March 2017. This is also supported by opinion obtained by the management from external legal counsel. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter. (end)
