DOREENPWR Corporate Disclosure — 9 December 2025

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has decided to sale of all non-current assets of the Narsingdi 22 MW Power Plant as the 15 years contract with the Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) has expired already, and informed that they are not interested to renew the contract further.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, বাংলাদেশ পল্লী বিদ্যুতায়ন বোর্ডের (BREB) সাথে ১৫ বছরের চুক্তির মেয়াদ ইতিমধ্যেই শেষ হয়ে যাওয়ায় কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ নরসিংদী ২২ মেগাওয়াট বিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্রের সমস্ত অ-চলতি সম্পদ বিক্রির সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে এবং তারা জানিয়েছে যে তারা চুক্তিটি আর নবায়ন করতে আগ্রহী নয়।
