Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 09.12.2025, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 February 2026 has approved the execution of a Vendors Agreement between the Company and KPI Trading for the sale of the Company's Narsingdi 22 MW Power Plant.
