(cont. news of DOREENPWR): pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 1994. The proposed merger shall remain subject to, among others, the approval of the shareholders and creditors of the respective companies, approval of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), and sanction of the Hon'ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1994. (ডোরিনপাওয়ার-এর সংবাদের ধারাবাহিকতা): কোম্পানি আইন, ১৯৯৪-এর প্রাসঙ্গিক বিধানাবলী অনুসারে, প্রস্তাবিত এই একীভূতকরণটি অন্যান্য বিষয়ের পাশাপাশি সংশ্লিষ্ট কোম্পানিগুলোর শেয়ারহোল্ডার ও পাওনাদারদের অনুমোদন, বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন (বিএসইসি)-এর অনুমোদন এবং কোম্পানি আইন, ১৯৯৪-এর প্রযোজ্য বিধানাবলী অনুযায়ী বাংলাদেশ সুপ্রিম কোর্টের মাননীয় হাইকোর্ট বিভাগের অনুমোদনের অধীন থাকবে। এই একীভূতকরণটি সম্পূর্ণরূপে সম্পন্ন করার প্রস্তাব করা হয়েছে (ধারাবাহিক ২)।
