(Emphasis of Matter): The auditor of the company has given the following 'Emphasis of Matter' paragraph in the audit report of the company prepared for the year ended on 30 June 2018. Emphasis of Matter: (l) Deferred Tax effect need to be implemented fully, taking necessary measure with Tax Authority by way of finalization of assessment for past four years. (2) Compliance regarding section no. 108 of the I.T. Ordinance 1984 needs to be duly maintained.
