BSEC vide its Order No. BSEC/Surveillance/2018-912/32 dated August 16, 2018 has directed the Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited to place the shares of Dragon Sweater and Spinning Limited in compulsory Spot Market for trading with relevant clearing and settlement regulations applicable for the trades in the Spot market as BSEC has observed unusual transactions and movement of price in this share. This Order shall be effective from the trading day of 19th August, 2018.
