DSSL AGM Disclosure

Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on today i.e., November 28, 2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the Sponsors and Directors are holding 67,809,440 shares out of the total 210,793,275 shares of the company and Cash Dividend payable to the General Shareholders is Tk. 14,298,384.00. The company also informed that the AGM will be conducted through Hybrid System at Imperial Convention Center, (5th floor) 68/B, DIT Road, Malibagh Chowdhury Para, Dhaka 1219.

লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা সংক্রান্ত ডিএসই কর্তৃক আজকে অর্থাৎ 28 নভেম্বর, 2024 তারিখে প্রচারিত পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদটি পড়ুন, কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে স্পন্সর এবং পরিচালকরা কোম্পানির মোট 210,793,275টি শেয়ারের মধ্যে 67,809,440টি শেয়ার ধারণ করেছে এবং সাধারণকে প্রদেয় নগদ লভ্যাংশ শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের টাকা 14,298,384.00 কোম্পানিটি আরও জানায় যে এজিএম হাইব্রিড সিস্টেমের মাধ্যমে ইম্পেরিয়াল কনভেনশন সেন্টার, (৫ম তলা) 68/বি, ডিআইটি রোড, মালিবাগ চৌধুরী পাড়া, ঢাকা 1219-এ অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
