DULAMIACOT Corporate Disclosure — 21 November 2022

(Continuation news of DULAMIACOT): The company has not reviewed any assets that could be impaired at the end of the year so this constitutes a departure from relevant IFRS. As the company is not in operation for more than 3 years, reporting assets without any impairment review shall overstate/understate the fixed assets value as of reporting date. Without proper documents/information/evidence, the physical existence and the rights and obligations could not be assessed or confirmed (cont.5)

(DULAMIACOT-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): কোম্পানি বছরের শেষে এমন কোনো সম্পদ পর্যালোচনা করেনি যা প্রতিবন্ধী হতে পারে তাই এটি প্রাসঙ্গিক IFRS থেকে প্রস্থান গঠন করে। যেহেতু কোম্পানীটি 3 বছরের বেশি সময় ধরে কাজ করছে না, কোনো প্রতিবন্ধকতা পর্যালোচনা ছাড়াই সম্পদের প্রতিবেদন করা প্রতিবেদনের তারিখ অনুযায়ী স্থায়ী সম্পদের মূল্যকে অতিবৃদ্ধি/অমূল্যায়ন করবে। যথাযথ নথি/তথ্য/প্রমাণ ব্যতীত, শারীরিক অস্তিত্ব এবং অধিকার এবং বাধ্যবাধকতাগুলি মূল্যায়ন বা নিশ্চিত করা যায়নি (প্রচার.5)
