The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, among others, has approved the issuance of 2nd Subordinated Bond, subject to the approval of the BSEC and Bangladesh Bank. Some features of the Bond are: Issuer: Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL), Issue Size: Tk. 5,000.00 million.
