With reference to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on May 08, 2016, the Company has further informed that the Board of Directors, among others, has decided to increase of issuance of Subordinated Bond from Tk. 3,000.00 million to Tk. 5,000.00 million subject to the approval of the Honorable Shareholders of DBBL in the General Meeting, BSEC and Bangladesh Bank.
