DUTCHBANGL Corporate Disclosure — 7 March 2022

(Continuation news of DUTCHBANGL): The Company has also informed that disclosure on recommendation of stock dividend: i) The bonus shares have been declared to increase the paid-up capital of the Company and also to comply with the Bangladesh Bank DOS circular no. 01 dated 07.02.2021 and circular No.7 dated 16.03.2021. The retained amount will be used to strengthen the capital which helps to increase business capacity of the Company. (cont. 2)

(ডাচবাংলার ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে স্টক ডিভিডেন্ডের সুপারিশে প্রকাশ: i) কোম্পানির পরিশোধিত মূলধন বাড়ানোর জন্য এবং বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের DOS সার্কুলার নং-কে মেনে চলতে বোনাস শেয়ার ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে। 01 তারিখ 07.02.2021 তারিখে এবং 16.03.2021 তারিখের সার্কুলার নং 7৷ রক্ষিত পরিমাণ মূলধনকে শক্তিশালী করতে ব্যবহার করা হবে যা কোম্পানির ব্যবসায়িক সক্ষমতা বাড়াতে সাহায্য করে। (চলমান 2)
