The company has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on August 25, 2026 among others, has approved to increase authorized capital of the Bank from Tk.15,000 million (Taka fifteen thousand million) to Tk.35,000 million (Taka thirty five thousand million) and to make amendments of relevant clause(s)/section(s) in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Bank by a Special Resolution (cont.)

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, পরিচালনা পর্ষদ তার ২৫ আগস্ট, ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত সভায় অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে একটি বিশেষ প্রস্তাবের মাধ্যমে ব্যাংকের অনুমোদিত মূলধন ১৫,০০০ মিলিয়ন টাকা থেকে ৩৫,০০০ মিলিয়ন টাকায় বৃদ্ধি করার এবং ব্যাংকের সংঘস্মারক ও সংঘবিধির প্রাসঙ্গিক ধারা/বিভাগসমূহ সংশোধন করার অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। (চলবে)
