Basis for Qualified Opinion:The auditor of the company has given the following "Basis for Qualified Opinion" paragraph in the audit report of the company for the year ended on 31 December 2016: Basis for Qualified Opinion: i. As reported under notes to the financial statements 22, the company has shown stock dividend amounting to Taka 9,202,650.00 as income of Eastern Insurance Company Limited.
