Mr. Mohammed Ahsan, one of the Sponsor Directors of the Company, has further reported that he has completed his transfer of 4,74,417 shares of the Company to his brothers (1,58,139 shares each), namely, Mr. Azmal Hossain, Mr. Abu Bakar Siddique and Mr. Mohammad Julhas, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as announced earlier.
