Mr. Mohammed Ahsan, one of the Sponsor Director of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer 4,74,417 shares out of his total holding of 14,94,759 shares of the Company to his brothers, namely, Mr. Azmal Hossain, Mr. Abu Bakar Siddique and Mr. Mohammad Julhas, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
