"Basis for Qualified Opinion: Consolidated Investments in Shares and Debentures in the consolidated financial statements, the investment in subsidiary of BDT 285,909,200 has been adjusted against the share capital of BDT 9,999,800 and share premium of BDT 275,909,400 (cont.1)
