The Board of Directors has recommended 10% Cash Dividend for the General Public Shareholders excluding Sponsors and/or Directors and the Board of Directors for the year ended December 31, 2024. Quantity of shares held by the Sponsors and or Directors and the Board of Directors who will not be entitled to such recommended dividend: 3,44,85,719 nos. shares.
