Brokers Asked to Suspend Margin Loans for EASTRNLUB Shares

The Company has requested the concerned Brokerage Houses to provide the statement of their margin loan holders with the details (shareholder's name, BO ID Number, client wise shareholding position, gross dividend receivables, applicable tax rate and net dividend receivables) who hold the shares of the Company, as on the record date i.e. 18.01.2022, through e-mail address share@pocl.gov.bd in Excel format followed by hard copy (cont.)

কোম্পানি সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্রোকারেজ হাউসগুলিকে তাদের মার্জিন লোন হোল্ডারদের বিশদ বিবরণ (শেয়ারহোল্ডারের নাম, বিও আইডি নম্বর, ক্লায়েন্ট অনুযায়ী শেয়ারহোল্ডিং অবস্থান, গ্রস ডিভিডেন্ড প্রাপ্য, প্রযোজ্য করের হার এবং নেট লভ্যাংশ গ্রহণযোগ্য) বিবৃতি প্রদান করার জন্য অনুরোধ করেছে যারা শেয়ার ধারণ করেছেন। কোম্পানি, রেকর্ড তারিখে অর্থাৎ 18.01.2022 তারিখে, এক্সেল ফরম্যাটে share@pocl.gov.bd ই-মেইল ঠিকানার মাধ্যমে হার্ড কপি অনুসরণ করে (চলবে)
