EASTRNLUB Corporate Disclosure — 30 July 2024

Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Eastern Lubricants Blenders PLC.' instead of 'Eastern Lubricants Blenders Limited' with effect from July 31, 2024. Other things (except name) will remain unchanged.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ পিএলসি। (DSE) কোম্পানির প্রস্তাবিত নাম পরিবর্তনের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। সেই অনুযায়ী, কোম্পানির নাম হবে 'ইস্টার্ন লুব্রিকেন্ট ব্লেন্ডার পিএলসি।' 'ইস্টার্ন লুব্রিকেন্টস ব্লেন্ডারস লিমিটেড'-এর পরিবর্তে 31 জুলাই, 2024 থেকে কার্যকর হবে। অন্যান্য জিনিস (নাম ছাড়া) অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।
