The company has informed that in order to diversify of ELB PLC's business, the Board of Directors of ELB PLC has approved a draft copy of Deed of Agreement made between Eastern Lubricants Blenders PLC (ELB PLC) and Rock Energy Limited (REL), an authorized distributor of CASTROL Lubricants, in its 292nd meeting held on 23-07-2025 to work together and cooperate each other in selling and distributing 'CASTROL Lubricants' in government sector of Bangladesh.
