Original announcement
The Board of Directors has recommended 12.50% cash and 12.50% stock dividend for the year ended December 31, 2021. The Board of Directors has also decided to increase Authorized Capital from BDT 1,200.00 crore only to BDT 2,500.00 crore only and amendment of the related Clauses of the Memorandum of Association and Article of Association of the Company in compliance with the respective rules and regulations subject to approval of the Regulatory Authorities and the shareholders in the AGM.
