Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.03.2023 regarding Board Meeting schedule under LR 19(1), Eastern Bank Ltd. has informed that Bangladesh Bank (BB) has given due consent for declaring dividend for the year ended 31 December 2022 in compliance with the DOS Circular No. 01 dated 07 February 2021 of Bangladesh Bank.
