The company has further informed the reasons for recommending stock dividend: Stock dividend has been recommended to strengthen the capital base of the company in order to support projected business growth and also to improve certain regulatory ratios. The company did not declare any dividend out of capital reserve account or the revaluation reserve account or any unrealized gain or out of profit earned prior to the incorporation of the bank or through reducing paid up capital or through doing (cont.)
