EBLNRBMF Corporate Disclosure — 14 August 2023

The Trustee of the Fund has further informed that the meeting scheduled to be held on August 13, 2023 at 3:00 PM as per LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Fund for the year ended June 30, 2023 has been postponed. New date and time of the meeting will be notified later. However, DSE sent a query letter to the issuer of the Fund asking specific reasons for the postponement of the aforesaid meeting.

তহবিলের ট্রাস্টি আরও জানিয়েছেন যে ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশনস, 2015 এর এলআর 19(1) অনুসারে 13 আগস্ট, 2023 বিকাল 3:00 পিএম এ সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা রয়েছে, অন্যান্যগুলির মধ্যে বিবেচনা করার জন্য, 30 জুন, 2023 সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য তহবিলের নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি স্থগিত করা হয়েছে। সভার নতুন তারিখ ও সময় পরে জানানো হবে। তবে, ডিএসই উপরোক্ত সভা স্থগিত করার সুনির্দিষ্ট কারণ জানতে তহবিল ইস্যুকারীকে একটি প্রশ্নপত্র পাঠিয়েছে।
