EBLNRBMF Corporate Disclosure — 30 October 2025

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Trustee of the Fund has informed that a meeting of the Trustee committee of the Fund will be held on November 05, 2025 at 3:00 PM, 3:25 PM and 3:50 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Fund for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended September 30, 2024, Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2024 and Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2025 respectively.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধান, ২০১৫ এর প্রবিধান ১৬(১) অনুসারে, তহবিলের ট্রাস্টি কমিটির একটি সভা ৫ নভেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখে বিকাল ৩:০০ টা, ৩:২৫ টা এবং ৩:৫০ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে, যেখানে অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে ৩০ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৪ তারিখে শেষ হওয়া প্রথম প্রান্তিকের (Q1), ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৪ তারিখে শেষ হওয়া দ্বিতীয় প্রান্তিকের (Q2) এবং ৩১ মার্চ, ২০২৫ তারিখে শেষ হওয়া তৃতীয় প্রান্তিকের (Q3) তহবিলের অ-নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনা করা হবে।
