With reference to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 03.11.2015 regarding conduction of board meeting to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on June 30, 2015, the company has further informed that no decision was taken in that meeting regarding adoption and approval of audited accounts and declaration of dividend. Those agenda will be discussed in the next board meeting which will be held on 19.11.2015 at 3:00 PM.
