With reference to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 04.07.2019 the Company has further informed that BSEC has accorded consent under the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Commission (Issue of Capital) Rules, 2001, for raising of capital of the Company through issuance of 87,000,000 Fully Redeemable Non-convertible cumulative Preference Shares of Tk. 10.00 each total amount of Tk. 870.00 million only to "other-than-existing" shareholders (cont.)
