Emphasis of Matter: We draw attention to note 25 to the financial statements. Based on legal advice, the company is confident that no liability will devolve on the company, and accordingly no additional provision for any liability has been made in the accompanying financial statements. Note 25: Provision for Current Tax as on 30 June 2019 was Tk. 94,234,347 & on 30 June 2018 was Tk. 53,581,591. This is litigation regarding current tax which has highly possible to win case no: 596, dated 23.04.2019.
