(Continuation news of ENVOYTEX): the Company shall comply with the relevant laws and Regulatory Requirements, and shall also adhere to the conditions imposed by BSEC under Section 2CC of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969. The said Zero Coupon Bond shall be redeemable, non-convertible in nature with a discount rate of 7.75% and to be issued in series with maturities starting from 6 months to 5 years. (cont. 2)
