The Company has informed that it has credited the bonus shares for the year ended on September 30, 2013 to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on December 29, 2013. Cash dividend including sale proceeds of fractional shares has been disbursed by fund transfer and BEFTN system to the respective shareholders' Bank Accounts within stipulated time. Cash Dividend Warrant has already been sent through courier to those shareholders whose accounts were not credited due to inadequate information in their Bank Accounts/out of BEFTN services/Non-resident.
