(Cont. ENVOYTEX): The said Zero Coupon Bond shall be bank guarantee backed, redeemable, non-convertible in nature with discount rate at a range of 6.50% to 7.50% and to be issued in series with maturities starting from 6 months to 5 years. An investor will have to subscribe across all 10 tenures (each semiannual periods) proportionately. Repayment of bond shall be started from the end of 6th month from the closing date and be redeemed in 10 semiannual tranches. (end)

(চলবে. এনভয়েটেক্স): উল্লিখিত জিরো কুপন বন্ডটি হবে ব্যাঙ্ক গ্যারান্টি সমর্থিত, রিডিমযোগ্য, প্রকৃতিতে 6.50% থেকে 7.50% ডিসকাউন্ট রেট সহ অ-পরিবর্তনযোগ্য এবং 6 মাস থেকে 5 মাস পর্যন্ত মেয়াদপূর্তির সাথে সিরিজে ইস্যু করা হবে। বছর একজন বিনিয়োগকারীকে আনুপাতিকভাবে 10টি মেয়াদে (প্রতিটি অর্ধবার্ষিক সময়কাল) সদস্যতা নিতে হবে। বন্ধের তারিখ থেকে 6 তম মাসের শেষ থেকে বন্ডের পরিশোধ শুরু হবে এবং 10টি আধা-বার্ষিক ধাপে খালাস করা হবে৷ (শেষ)
