(Continuation news of ENVOYTEX): placement to finance the upcoming project expansion program for the production of blended yarn and to prepay a portion of high-cost borrowing. The said preference shares shall be fully redeemable cumulative non-convertible within 5 years and to be redeemed the principal amount by yearly equal installments commencing from the first - year end from the date of subscription. Dividend will be paid semi-annually in arrear basis at a fixed rate. (end)
