Sheltech Ceramics Limited (where Mr. Kutubuddin Ahmed and Mr. Tanvir Ahmed are the Directors (Chairman & Sponsor Director) of Envoy Textiles Limited and they are also the Chairman and Managing Director of Sheltech Ceramics Limited), has further informed that it has completed its buying of 33,64,695 shares of the Company at prevailing market price through Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited as per declaration disseminated on 16.03.2022.

শেলটেক সিরামিকস লিমিটেড (যেখানে জনাব কুতুবুদ্দিন আহমেদ এবং জনাব তানভীর আহমেদ এনভয় টেক্সটাইলস লিমিটেডের পরিচালক (চেয়ারম্যান এবং স্পনসর ডিরেক্টর) এবং তারা শেলটেক সিরামিকস লিমিটেডের চেয়ারম্যান ও ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক) আরও জানিয়েছে যে এটি তার কাজ শেষ করেছে 16.03.2022 তারিখে প্রচারিত ঘোষণা অনুযায়ী ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ লিমিটেডের মাধ্যমে বিদ্যমান বাজার মূল্যে কোম্পানির 33,64,695টি শেয়ার কেনা।
