Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 26.12.2021 regarding Board decision to issue a 5-year series Zero Coupon Bond, the Company further informed that BSEC has given consent for issuance of Non-convertible, Transferable, Fully Redeemable Unsecured Zero Coupon Bond of BDT 2,000.00 Million (at face value) through private placement. The discount rate of the Zero Coupon Bond shall be at a range of 6.50% to 7.50%. (con.)
