(Continuation news of ENVOYTEX): Repayment of Bond shall be started from the end of 6th month from the closing date and be redeemed in 10 semiannual tranches. An investor will have to subscribe across all 10 tenures (each semiannual periods) proportionately. The fund to be raised through issuance of Zero Coupon Bond shall be used to finance the Captive Power Plant of the company and to prepay a portion of high-cost borrowing. (end)
