(Continuation news of ENVOYTEX): appointment of an Independent Director and a notice of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee Meeting. In the said case, the aforesaid order for reconstitution of board has been passed. The reconstituted Board shall perform for the interim period until the matter is finally disposed of, which is now pending for hearing before the Hon'ble High Court. (end)
