The company has informed that the Board in its meeting held on December 12, 2023 fixed the following schedule for an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the shareholders. কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে বোর্ড 12 ডিসেম্বর, 2023-এ অনুষ্ঠিত তার সভায় শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের একটি অতিরিক্ত সাধারণ সাধারণ সভার (EGM) জন্য নিম্নলিখিত সময়সূচী নির্ধারণ করেছে। বাংলাদেশ সুপ্রিম কোর্টের মাননীয় আপিল বিভাগের নির্দেশনা মেনে কোম্পানির ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক এবং উপ-ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক নিয়োগ করাই ইজিএমের উদ্দেশ্য।
