Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.01.2024 regarding postponement of EGM, the Company has further informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to convene the earlier postponed EGM on March 02, 2024 at 10:00 am. The meeting will be conducted Physically at Auditorium Hall-1, Gulshan Shooting Club, Gulshan Avenue, Beside Police Plaza, Dhaka 1212.
