Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 24.01.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors has decided to reschedule the 28th AGM of the company from March 13, 2024 to March 28, 2024. The meeting is now scheduled to be held at Gulshan Shooting Club, Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka instead of the previously announced venue. All other information will remain unchanged.
