The company has informed that in a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on 1 October 2025 via teleconference, with a quorum present at the Corporate Office, the Board granted its consent to execute the final execution version of a sustainability-linked loan facility agreement with the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
